About the Role

Task Buddie is growing, and we’re seeking detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our expanding client base. In this role you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every client feels supported. Your goal will be to build strong relationships and deliver reliable, professional service.

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot any client issues with professionalism and accuracy.
