Remote Lead Generation Specialist

Task Buddie is growing quickly, and we’re looking for motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, creating new sales opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach. What You’ll Do

• Research and identify prospective clients who can benefit from Task Buddie’s services
• Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest
• Engage and qualify leads before passing opportunities to the sales team
• Schedule discovery calls or introductory meetings for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Track outreach activity and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to refine lead generation strategies and messaging

What You Bring

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound outreach preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Organized and comfortable managing outreach activity independently
